Single puller for aluminium profile extrusion press line
The QY series single puller is PLC controlled, with independent clamping device, driven by DC motor. It’s able to cut the profiles at welding mark without pausing the machine. The series has advantages of modern design, stable operation and huge pulling force etc.
Main features
1. Railway: use 30#H steel and 40 cold drawn square steel, which can improve the precision of railway, guarantee the working stability and promise the quality of profile.
2. Traction trolley: all components are machined to promise its precision and improve the manufacturing precision of the whole machine. Besides, it can improve its working reliability and working precision. It is also equipped with the hydraulic bumper to avoid accidental impacts.
3. Mechanism for clamping material: the supporting plate rise 90 degree to avoid damaging the profile when coming back. Curve design and reliable lock.Use the motor to control instead of the hydraulic system, so as to reduce the weight of the trolley and reduce brake impact when it comes back in a high speed; easy to maintain.
4. Traction power: adopt the special variable frequency motor to control speed and tension; two-stage adjusting speed can improve the controllability of back speed and reduce the impact.
5. Pulling mechanism: adopt the chains to pull the trolley, to prevent the puller from skidding.
6. Brake: adopt DC brake + Pneumatic brake, to strengthen the control of the puller.
7. Display: adopt human-computer interface to show the main parameter, information (e.g. tension length, speed) so as to adjust the length of aluminum billet on time, improve the ratio of finish product and make it easier to maintain.
8. Control: manual, automatic control. Cooperate with hot saw, the main machine and the roll-way to improve the degree of automation and save labor.
