Application
Waste plastic crusher which rotary blades and stationary blades are settled as a V-shaped angle. This angle can make better cutting.It is suitable for hollow barrel, PET barrel, paint barrel, chemical barrel and so on.
Working Principle&Processing
The plastic crusher drives the moving knife cutter head to rotate at a high speed through the motor. During the high-speed rotation of the moving knife, it forms a relative movement trend with the fixed knife. The gap formed between the moving knife and the fixed knife creates a plastic crushing and shearing incision, which will increase the size of the plastic crusher. The block of plastic is crushed, and the crushed plastic is filtered through a screen to filter the size of the plastic particles.
